Add accent to every page and post headline

How can I add accent to every page and post headline? As seen in demo: http://demo.theme.co/integrity-7/pages/team/. I haven’t found any configuration for headlines. Not only accent, but for example margins, padding etc.

The Integrity 7 demo content page you pointed out is using the classic custom headline element. The accent option is enabled and it is align to the left.

For the margin, you can simply make use of the utility class mtn and mbs which means “margin top none” and “margin bottom small”. You can find out the element spacing in this knowledge base article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizations-element-spacing/211

So I can’t set it for the whole page? I have to turn off post name manually on each post and add a custom one?

Yes, that is correct. The demo shows headlines within the content and not site-wide headlines. The theme does not offer an accent for the latter. For that, custom development is needed.
