Activating local machine license

Hi please can you help me, right now I have a local installation of wordpress and Iḿ unable to activate my license I do not want to use hosting for now, please help.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! You can always use X in multiple WordPress installation. When you validate X, you are allowed to assign one license to two sites, the live site and the development site. You can do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
2] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.

And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

If you are working on a development or staging area, you must follow the migration process to prevent any issues in your live site. You can check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration

Thanks.

That explanation did not work, I metioned that I have a pc local installation without a domain Help.

Hi,

May I know what url did you use to activate your license.

Try to set-up a domain/virtual host.

eg. https://delanomaloney.com/2013/07/10/how-to-set-up-virtual-hosts-using-xampp/

Hope that helps.

@paul.r I already have the local virtual host and the activation is not possible.

Hi There,

Please check the following possible causes for your issue.

-PHP cURL extension is not enabled on your server.
-Your Firewall is blocking the connection to theme.co
-Either your X theme or Cornerstone plugin is outdated. Check version numbers from here.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
