Acf doesn't work after update x

Hi,

I asked this question first to the support of Advanced Custom Fields, but they gave this response, (the problem is submitted underneath, can U help me)

Hi Jan,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I had a look at your code and I’m afraid this code is not related to the ACF core plugin. It’s possible that your theme extends the acf plugin with some shortcode which are not working as expected.

You will need to troubleshoot the shortcodes implementation to ascertain that the code is working as expected. If the functionality came with theme, I would also recommend that you reach out to theme developer for further assistance.

Hope this helps

Thanks,
Patrick

Hi,

My custom fields don’t work after an update from wordpress. Instead of the right output, this text shows: [cs_acf field=”iepen_of_ticht”]

[cs_acf field=”aanvullende_tekst”]

This is the text in de backside of the website (which should output the code):

De baan is {{acf:iepen_of_ticht}}

{{acf:aanvullende_tekst}}

website: detrijedoarpen.frl

Thanks in advance!

Hi Jan,

Thanks for writing in! The first issue I see is, those inverted commas are invalid. Please try replacing those with " and check the output again.

Our ACF Pro integration guide is available here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/integrated-plugins-acf-pro/49).

Please make sure to clear all caches when testing your issue (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

It worked, thank you very much!

You’re welcome!
We’re glad that it worked for you.
