Hello, I’m trying to implement a PHP template that will display the contents of repeater fields in an accordion, inside a custom post type (Learndash topic). I guess what I am missing is the Javascript to make the accordion work. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for writing in! How did you manage to add the accordion in your custom template? If you have added it with the correct accordion element classes, the built in javascript should be able to detect the elements and will make the accordion to work. I would recommend that you integrate the classic accordion shortcode in your custom template instead. You can check it out here:
