Access Error When Validating X

I have recently purchased my own licence after developer stopped upgrading and now i receive an access error when i try and validate. All i am trying to do is be able to update when they are available and not be 12 months behind

I see that you are using fairly old version of X Theme 4_6_2 and Cornerstone 1_3_2 on both the website (staging wpengine and live website). Please update X Theme and Cornerstone 6.2.5 and 3.2.5 and then validate X Theme.
