Above the masthead Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor button not working

i have created a slider like https://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/, with Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor on above the masthead setting.
but when i click the Anchor button, it still shows the above part of header menu with Anchor button also.

what is the problem exactly ?

see here the screenshot. after i click the anchor button, it must link to bottom of the slider section. but its still showing the anchor button with little part of above masthead slider.

Thank you for writing in, but I can’t replicate this issue on my end, please do the following:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Revolution Slider(Version Compatibility)
• Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
• Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
• Remove custom Javascript and custom templates (if any).
