About the Author section on blogs

Hi!

I wanted to add the " about the author" section to my blogs. http://demo.theme.co/integrity-1/shortcodes/author/

I’m wondering where I would add the code [author title=“About the Author”] and how I could edit the information for the author/ image, etc. I don’t understand the description on the demo page.
