A License Validation Issues

I made a site live and my X theme says my license of X is not validated. The CSS of the X dashboard is all screwed up now, with very large icons and unformatted content. On the ‘manage license’ page, the information is entered correctly (staging and production sites). When I try to validate the license, my WP dashboard is just a blank white page. I have various other licenses on this same server, so there shouldn’t be an underlying server issue.

I am unable to update the theme and cornerstone.

I would be happy to provide an admin login so you can log in and try to correct my issue. Thanks.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you’re using an older version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin on your site, so that our validation process will not be initiate correctly.

Please check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/) and update your X theme manually for once (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). Then delete your Cornerstone plugin and head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin automatically.

Once you have fully updated, try validate your site again.

Great, the manual update solved the problem. Everything seems updated, validated, and fully functional.
