500 error on clicking at cornersone link

Hi,

I’ve changed the URLs of my WP site, that is hosted on Bluehost and since that I get the error 500 when I click at the cornerstone link on the menu.

The site is hosted under this URL: http://www.specialize.com.br

I’ve used the | define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); | to try to find something wrong but nothing until now.

How should I proceed in order to make it work again?

Cheers,

Fabiano.

Hello Fabiano,

Thanks for writing in!

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks, select post name and click on Save Changes. See if Cornerstone is working. If it is then rollback the Permalinks to earlier state and test the case again.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.
