404 problems

Hey, I´m using your 404 error plugin form x-theme.

But there is always an error message once I redirect to my custom error site.

Hi Nik,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please check your PHP version running on your server and make sure to use PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid any incompatibility issues.

Also check versions of your X/Pro theme and other plugins installed on your site, and make sure to use the latest versions as mentioned on our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195). You can also follow our update guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

Finally after updating, make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing.
