2 licences, but only 1 showing in apex account

Hi - I have 2 licences for X, but only 1 shows on apex (this is the first time I ever logged in). When I try to enter the purchase code for the 2nd one, it takes me to the other one only and when I try to add a new licence it says it’s already registered.

This is preventing me use the 2nd licence - anyone know how I can use the 2nd licence?

Thanks for reaching out.

Both licenses are registered but to two different accounts. And it appears to be your accounts due to the name.

I’ll provide the email address in the secure note, you can then request a password reset here https://theme.co/apex/password/reset and expect an email to those email addresses, once changed, you can then login and manage your licenses for each account.

Excellent, thank you. I have managed to get the licence… however, I can’t seem to find the download for Pro…
