Have had this happening on a couple of sites now with the most recent update. The global color selectors don’t seem to work until you actually slide the opacity bar – at which point it shows up in the preview. Video below should give you a good idea of what I’m referring to. Creds in note.
Thanks for bringing this up! I can confirm this as a bug. We’re looking into a fix to be included in the next point release.

I’ve installed a patched version of Pro on your site while we are still getting the next release ready. The bug is fixed in this version, and you can safely update to the official release when it comes out.
