We have recently purchased a new theme license from Envato, but despite registering it in our Themeco account with the correct URL, and the correct purchase code, it will not validate. I see this has been happening for other users as well. Not be able to verify our license is interfering with our workflow, and putting us behind schedule. Please advise.
This issue eventually resolved, but it would be nice to know what the problem was. When I buy a license from envato for any product, I expect that it will work immediately. Please advise.
The problem of Validation usually comes to the Hosting Service Provider CURL restrictions which will not allow accessing our API in Themeco server.
