Documenting Pro & Website Settings, Layouts, Templates, Categories, and Tags

I work for a small college and am doing ground-up overhauls for three of our websites. I’m making full use of Pro’s capabilities but realize there’s a lot of detail here that isn’t easy to keep track of - let alone make available to whoever takes over after I’m no longer here. I’m currently using Google Sheets but am developing the format and system as I go. Would be nice to hear what others are using and how well it’s going.

You can use Google Sheets or you can create videos as well. You anything for you convenient. For your help, we have documentation and video tutorials as well. You can also reach to our support forum if you have any concerns or queries we are always there for you.
