You can easily download and manage all of your Extensions directly from the WordPress admin area under <strong>Addons > Extensions<\/strong>. This article covers documentation for the Smooth Scroll Extension and goes into detail on certain features where needed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Enabling the Extension<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>After installing and activating Smooth Scroll, you&#8217;ll find its settings page underneath the <strong>Addons<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"center-text\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/community-archive-assets.theme.co\/app\/uploads\/2017\/01\/02094055\/smooth-scroll-1.png\" alt=\"Smooth Scroll Settings\"><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>From the main Smooth Scroll settings screen you can choose to disable or enable the plugin as needed:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"center-text\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/community-archive-assets.theme.co\/app\/uploads\/2017\/01\/02094118\/smooth-scroll-2.png\" alt=\"Smooth Scroll Enable Or Disable\"><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Disabling the plugin will effectively turn off all output from the plugin (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc). This is useful as a quick way to toggle activity if you ever need without having to go through the <strong>Plugins<\/strong> menu and worry about activating\/deactivating it completely. This way you can work with and manage all of your X specific functionality from one centralized place under the Addons section.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Selecting the enable checkbox will bring up the <strong>Settings<\/strong> meta box below. This is where you will adjust any options for the plugin and input your data as needed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"center-text\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/community-archive-assets.theme.co\/app\/uploads\/2017\/01\/02094145\/smooth-scroll-4.png\" alt=\"Smooth Scroll Main Settings\"><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>What Smooth Scroll Does<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Smooth Scroll allows you to control the scrolling experience of your users with mouse wheels. Perfect if your site uses a lot of Parallax images to provide your users with a smoother scrolling experience. You can cann Smooth Scroll in action over on our <a href=\"http:\/\/demo.theme.co\/smooth-scroll\/\" alt=\"Smooth Scroll Demo\">demo site for the plugin<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Setting Up Smooth Scroll<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>Smooth Scroll has two main options which are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Step<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Scroll Speed<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Step sets the speed at which the speed of the effect is applied when using a mouse wheel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Scroll Speed sets the speed of the scrolling effect in general.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The easiest way to setup the plugin is to keep adjusting both values minimally and then visiting the front-end of your website to check how the effect is applied and gradually changing it to suit the setup you want.
