WooCommerce Checkout Problem on Mobile

Hi we’re developing a website using X and we disabled the user registration both from WordPress and from WooCommerce.

Everything works fine on desktop / tablet but when we access the website using mobile the user registration fields show up on the checkout page.

Any ideas?

Versions used:

WP: 3.9.2
WooCommerce: 2.1.12
X Shortcodes: 2.3.5
X Theme: 2.1.0

Thanks for writing in!

At first please update your theme to latest version 2.4.0 by following this KB article: Updating Your Theme and Plugins.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

With the user registration disabled those fields should not appear on any device…is there any way to disable this on X?

Hi Nuno,

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account Tab > Opções de Registo > Now uncheck the following all options:
