I’m having a conflict playing Vimeo videos and I can’t figure out what it is. The video says: Sorry
Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.

The website is http://www.mojowater.com and I have a page with the various attempts at http://mojowater.com/video-test/

It’s only when I use the X theme.

1. I embedded this video to a page using Cornerstone: https://vimeo.com/139843760.
2. All privacy settings within Vimeo are set to play Anywhere (and embed anywhere, etc.).
3. I have tried to embed the video using the Embed Video Element with this Code:
<iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/139843760?color=3b96d2&title=0&byline=0&portrait=0″ width=”1200″ height=”675″ frameborder=”0″ webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>

4. I tried adding a text Element and using this code:

5. I manually added the X-Embed code using this:
[x_video_embed]<iframe src=”http://player.vimeo.com/video/67051688″ width=”500″ height=”281″ frameborder=”0″ webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe>[/x_video_embed]

6. I added the Plugin WP Lightbox Ultimate and used the following code:
[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_video link=”http://vimeo.com/138238155″ width=”850″ height=”478″ description=”MOJO Water Overview” source=”http://mojowater.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/MOJOMoviePlaceholder.jpg” title=”MOJO Water Overview”]

That didn’t work so I deactivated it.

This is totally kicking my ass – and I’ve got a plane to catch in a few hours. Can you see what I’m doing wrong?

Thanks for writing in! I have just tried your video on my end via cornerstone video embed and it work fine. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Thanks for the logins!

The video works just fine when I remove the attributes from the iframe src (see: http://prntscr.com/8itmfv). But as soon as the arguments are added, it doesn’t work (see: http://prntscr.com/8itmxg). This even works when I append &autoplay=1; to the src (see: http://prntscr.com/8itndm). I’d advise contacting Vimeo support with regard to the issue as I can see other Vimeo videos on your page are working just fine.
