Hey, thanks for the response.

The domain is in the original message as a part of the error. It’s fortheride.org.

This is a fresh install of the X Theme. After installing, I uploaded the demo content, a home page example, and some customizer settings. All as per the Demo Content instructions. This worked fine.

Afterwards, I installed several of the bundled plugins (Google Analytics, Smooth Scroll, etc) and also Revolution Slider. After installing the Revolution Slider, I went to the plugins page to activate it. I received the above error. I tried to then delete the plugin so that I could reinstall. When I go to delete the plugin, it asks me to confirm that I want to delete the plugin and all of it’s files. When I click to confirm this, the browser navigates to a blank page and doesn’t seem to do anything because it almost immediately completes loading. If I refresh, I’m asked if I want to resubmit, when I do this the same thing happens.

After trying this several times, the plugin remains installed but won’t activate. The same error comes up every time I try to activate it. And since the delete/uninstall action on the plugins page doesn’t seem to be working, I can’t reinstall the plugin.

Thanks for your support. I respect the work that you guys are doing and know that you are probably very busy. I’m only frustrated because simple included things with the theme are not functioning.

Thanks,
Scott

Hi there,

It looks like permission issue. Could you try deleting it through ftp? or manually upload the plugins located from /x/framework/plugins/ (extract them before uploading). You may also contact your hosting provider to prevent future issues like this.

I can’t verify any of this asftp login isn’t working.

Thanks, and let us know.
