Hi there,

What I’m trying to achieve is to get my homepage revolution slider to be split into 3 vertical parts – each one to link to another page. I tried importing 3 different images but the positioning never worked out, so I’ve now got a background image tht shows the 3 different images and I’m putting text and a button on each third. However, I’m getting stuck with trying to position the text.

Is there a way to set the text/button to be positioned at 17% width? When I pick a static number it works for one screen size but then is off at another. Or is there another work around to this?

Hope you can help.

This is the URL – as you can see the buttons are leaning towards the middle but at a different screen size they work.

What would you like off the revolution slider settings? The text and buttons are just layers on that.

Hi There,

You can drag and drop the layers inside revolution slider. You and you can position the button properly by dragging the button layer.

Also, make sure your slider is auto responsive so it will adjust the to the correct proportion on mobile device.

Additionally, we have limited support with third party plugin. We cannot fully support slider settings/animation related topics. You might wan’t to check the revolution slider documentation from here -> http://previous.themepunch.com/revolution_wp/documentation/

Thanks for understanding, Have a great day

The drag and drop doesn’t seem to show at full size, so I can’t position them in there – when I tried it was way off.

I will submit a ticket to the plugin creator, if you have any other ideas at how to achieve what I’m after I’d love to know.

If anyone gets stuck on this – I just put a class on the text/button elements and positioned it with custom CSS. Wasn’t too bad! Couldn’t find an easy way to do it in the actual slider interface.
