As of late, I have been experiencing mildly extreme memory issues, to the point that whenever I reload a webpage, nothing shows up. It is a bit of an inconvenience since I am not able to save work I have been working on all last night, regarding my homepage.

I talked to my hosting providers and they are the ones that pointed out that it is a memory issue. I am traveling pretty lightweight when it comes to plugins. Basically, I’m not sure how to fix this issue, and am hoping you guys may help.

Thanks for writing in! Enter the following lines in your wp-config.php file at the root of your installation:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

If this doesn’t address the issue, the next step would be to open up a support ticket with your hosting provider and ask them to increase your PHP memory limit to a higher setting, preferably 512M.
