Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in!

Please confirm that you are not using a plugin that changes the image sources and adding a srcset attribute to your images? srcset may not work on rss feed readers. Please refer to this chart: http://caniuse.com/#feat=srcset

This is how your site looks like in a feed reader: http://prntscr.com/6uacw9

And this is what happens in your featured image why it doesn’t show in the image on the feed reader: http://prntscr.com/6uae17
Upon inspection, src attribute was replace with srcset. Please try to deactivate WP Retina 2x and try again viewing your feed.

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
