    Please advise since before the latest version of X my disqus plugin has not been working.
    What do I need to check?

    Hello There,

    Once everything is updated, since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

    I disabled it all together how do I turn on the disqus?

    I have my short name and I have the plugin enabled in the disqus section under Addons.

    Hello There,

    We weren’t able to login to your site. Please double check the credentials again.

    Can you also check the javascript console for errors? In Chrome go to “View -> Developer -> Javascript Console” and in Firefox you can go to “Tools -> Web Developer -> Console”

    I find it strange that Cornerstone isn’t telling me of any updates it does say 1.05 but nothing about a 1.06 please advise.

    Your Disqus URL is giving 404 page not found error (see: http://prntscr.com/8g9ncl). As mentioned by Disqus, please review their troubleshooting guide: https://docs.disqus.com/help/83/ and see if it resolves the issue.

    I checked your site and it looks like you were using incorrect shortname, i.e. greezeflims (see: http://prntscr.com/8hofuk). I just replaced it with correct name and it is displaying just fine (see: http://prntscr.com/8hoggi).
