Hi,

My page does not load after I open it with cornerstone. Even if I wait an hour it does not load. I may still open some panels and adjust text. But the uptating-wheels keep spinning in all panels.

I erased the browser cache but it did not help.

What is the problem? How do I solve it?

I am having this same issue. I don’t even get the spin wheel unless I go to the flyout view with the entire page structure. I have disabled all plugins except cornerstone, increased memory, cleared cache, etc.. X theme Version: 4.3.4. I’m giving up here.

It should be working now, I also installed a transient cleaner(https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/) plugin to clear your internal caches. You may uninstall it anytime.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating this thread! There are issues with the transient data stored in the database. Cornerstone tend to use these cached datas which would need to be cleared when you just made some updates or changes. I have another question.
I bought one license (X-theme Integrity) and use it at http://www.affarscoachen.nu. I would like to make an english translation for this page. How can I do this? Do I really need to purchase another license or how could I get another landing page copy and make it english?

Hi Henrik,

If it is a separate install from the main domain. You will need another licenses as 1 license entitles you usage for 1 project or typically 1 main domain.

You can use a multilingual plugin like WPML to translate your site. You follow this post: How to translate the X theme into other languages.
