However, although the images I have applied the effect to are 1200×500, they get blown up and cropped whenever I enter parallax=true. When I try to change the background image size in the editor window, nothing happens. However, I was able to change image size with regular css when I did “inspect element” through my browser by entering

background-size: auto auto;

When the parallax effect is applied in your demo pages, it seems this enlarging of bknd image has no other variations.
