1) I have used three images to rotate as background images, zet to 5000ms and 750ms fade. However, the fade only applies to the next image, the current image remains until the next has faded in and then disappears without fade. Is it possible to have the images both fade in and out?

If you’re using Revolution Slider, Image fade effect can be controlled via Revolution Slider > Edit Slides > Transitions

If you’ve added images via Visual Composer, You can add the Fade In animation but adding Fade out animation may not be possible without custom development.

Yes, I know how to do that in Revolution Slider. However, I meant the background images behind the boxed website that I set at each page: http://sportcentrum-dynamic.nl/wp-content/uploads/Schermafbeelding-2015-01-06-om-19.08.39.png

As you can see (or know, probably) you can only set the fade in for each image, not the fade out. My question was if there is a way to also have the images fade out? That way the transition between the images is smoother.
