    Hey Dominick,

Please try installing it via FTP.

    Thanks.

    Hey Dominick,

Please see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3bnJJ8_rQo to learn how to install a plugin manually.

    Hope that helps. 🙂

I have the exact same problem with:
    – Visual Composer
    – Rev Slider

I took the above advice, and installed using FTP while in Filezilla, then, unpacked the zipped file while in Godaddy File Manager.

I still get the exact same error message:

    “Destination folder already exists. /home/content/50/3023850/html/salsa-freak/wp-content/plugins/revslider/”
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Extensions”

    Any other suggestions?

    Hey there,

Please give us access to your Go Daddy CPanel so we could troubleshoot.

    Thanks.

Got it figured out! Used FTP to delete both plugin directories, then went to Godaddy’s File Manager section, and xfer’d both zipped files to the plugins directory, then unzipped them. The unzipped files created both directories. Then I went to the X Theme, and installed, then “Activated” both add-ons, and it worked GREAT!!
